1. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of Avadon Music LLC (“Sponsor”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on March 9, 2026 at 6:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on March 17, 2026 at 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the online entry form (URL: https://avadellapietra.lnk.to/Giveaway) during the Entry Period and provide a valid email address or phone number. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person using different email addresses or accounts will be disqualified.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

· One (1) Bose SoundLink Flex Bluetooth Speaker (2nd Generation). Retail value of $159.00

· One (1) Mindset Timed Lock Box. Retail value of $39.95

Total Approximate Retail Value for each prize (“ARV”): $198.95.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged prizes.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected randomly by the Sponsor on or about March 18, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Eligible entries are defined as individuals who submitted their contact information via the official Laylo entry form either by phone number or email address.

The potential winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided at the time of entry. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or cannot be contacted, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be randomly selected.

6. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

7. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.

8. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrants’ email addresses will be used solely for the purpose of winner notification unless otherwise opted-in.
