I had a blast being part of the cast of Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber's SCHOOL OF ROCK - The Musical, on Broadway. Based on the smash hit film of the same title, SCHOOL OF ROCK features music from the movie, as well as an original score by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyricist Glenn Slater, with a book by Julian Fellowes and direction by Laurence Connor.
SCHOOL OF ROCK is a new musical based on the famous Paramount film. The musical follows Dewey Finn, a failed, wannabe rock star who decides to earn a few extra bucks by posing as a substitute teacher at a prestigious prep school. Completely disinterested in academic work, Dewey decides to create his own curriculum, turning his class into a guitar-shredding, bass-slapping, mind-blowing rock band. The stage musical is produced by Andrew Lloyd Webber, who has composed 14 new songs to create an amazing score, which also features all the original songs from the movie. SCHOOL OF ROCK, with its sensational live kids’ rock band, is a loving testimony to the transforming power of music. I covered the role Summer and Katie and I swing for 6 of the 7 girl roles in the show. My last performance was Sunday, May 21, 2017.
"I totally enjoyed it — twice — and would go see it again. The understudies I saw in a number of roles rocked out just as well as the stars, especially young Ava Della Pietra who captured the audience’s heart with Katie’s bass face." - Lauren Yarger, The Journal Inquirer
I had the best time performing in this tribute to Andrew Lloyd Webber that aired on Good Morning America in December 2016. We joined the casts of Phantom of the Opera and CATS to give this special one-time-only performance on GMA.
I loved rocking it out in "Black in Black" at the Hard Rock Cafe on Sunday, February 28th along with my SCHOOL OF ROCK castmates and friends Dante Melucci, Brandon Niederauer, Cori Wilson, Evie Dolan, Taylor Caldwell, Ethan Khusidman and Jersey Sullivan.

I was videotaped and interviewed for FOX 5 News at 5 about my life on Broadway! They asked me about how I juggle it all. The newscaster, Jodi Goldberg, was so nice!
This is a series of postcards that I created for Broadway Cares Equity Fights AIDS. We sell them at the theatre, after the show as part of our donation program.
