Details

Entrants must be at least 10 years of age and must reside in the United States
You may compete as an individual, group, or team
Dance studios may compete for the studio-level award and may have multiple submissions
Dance groups and teams, choreographers, and dancers are eligible for all other prizes
Max 1 choreographer per entry
Max 8 dancers per group or team entry
Submit a video (at least 30 seconds long) of the dance HERE between March 4th and May 7th!
Entries must also post to socials, tag @avadellapietra, and hashtag #sickdancecontest **
Cash prizes will be awarded to solo dancers, dance groups or teams, choreographers, and studios
The contest opened on March 4th at 12:01 AM and closes at 11:59 pm on May 7th, 2024
Max studio prize $500, individual dancer prize $250 (per person), max choreographer prize $250
Participants under the age of 18 require parental consent, special waivers are also required if under the age of 14

The judging period will begin on May 8th and close on May 21st at 11:59 p.m. EST
